Callnote Pro users have the option to record video in full HD (1920×1080 pixels). Do this by going to the Callnote settings tab and checking the device you are using to connect to the audio of the conversation. Make sure your audio devices get recorded. If you want to start Zoom automatic recording make sure you have selected the #Always start recording option. Here you can select to #Record video along with audio. Launch Callnote, go to Recording Options Tab -> Zoom. Consider recommending the other side of the conversation a mic or headset. Make sure your guest’s audio is able to be recorded as well as it can be. For the best audio quality, we recommend using USB headsets or 3.5 mm jack-enabled headsets, as sometimes Callnote cannot catch sound from the Bluetooth headsets. If you have an external webcam, it may have a microphone built-in, that will provide good enough audio.
